💜 ONLINE GENTLE YOGA 💜
Sunday evening yoga is a blissful way to start your week. You can expect pranayama (yogic breathing techniques), gentle asana, and an extended savasana in this 60 minute yoga class. The intention of our class is to tend to and nurture the inner self. You will engage with soothing asanas for stressful times, based on the myriad of yogic practices available to support us in harmonizing our inner world with the outer world. You'll leave this class feeling grounded, renewed and inspired to move into the rest of your week.
Gentle Yoga is offered as a 4 session pre-registered series. Practice with us, live, at 7-8pm EST. This class will be also be recorded and sent to all members for practice through the week at your own convenience.

💜 Props: 2 blankets, 2 yoga blocks (or similar, firm pillows could work). Set your mat up next to a chair/ottoman/couch or bring a folding chair or ottoman next to your mat.
