Waves of grief and loss are often experienced during infertility, and across the lifespan for people who are childless not by choice. These feelings can be especially potent during the holidays. Witnessing and being witnessed by fellow travellers validates and normalizes the experiences of people living with infertility and childlessness, which are often misunderstood and unacknowledged in our cultural contexts.

If you envisioned raising children and your dream has not yet or did not come to fruition, I invite you to join me on Sunday, December 28th. You will find reprieve in a cocoon of compassion, ease, and grace through guided awareness and a restorative yoga practice, alongside others with this shared experience.
