
You can expect pranayama (yogic breathing), gentle yoga asanas, spinal release, a restorative savasana and yoga nidrā in this 60 minute yoga class. You will engage in asanas that create softness, openness, and that facilitate deep release. Over time, these asanas relieve long held tension patterns through the spine, hips and psoas.
The intention of our class is to tend to and nurture the inner self.
You'll leave gentle yoga feeling grounded, expansive, renewed and inspired to move into your week.
This class is limited to 6 participants.
Please bring:
