October's On-Demand membership is very close to my heart. Our theme this coming month is "Envision", with a focus on cultivating eyes that behold inspiration. We will journey through October together to shift our sight. We cannot change all of the circumstances of our lives, but we do have agency over how we move through these times. Your yoga classes this month, will include a component to nourish overstimulated eyes and your contemplative classes will focus on visualizations to awaken your heart wisdom.
It requires intention and action to take space from the challenges in our world and to embody inspiration in our minds and hearts. As we focus on practices that foster clear seeing, we'll be awake to the nuance and beauty that is all around us.
In addition to the 3 classes per week, you will be part of a private Facebook group. Every Monday through Friday in October, I'll post a prompt that serves as an invitation for you to seek the beauty and vitality all around you, for example, a prompt could be "what colour evokes optimism for you?". Throughout your day, be aware of what surfaces for you as you absorb colours. Take a photo that relates to your experience of the prompt. Our Facebook group will be an interactive group, so you can share your photos with our community.
I absolutely cannot wait to be on this journey with you and watch the transition that happen as we shift our sight!
What is the On-Demand Membership?
Twelve classes focusing on mindful presence, mobility, strength, and flexibility. Each week, you'll receive an email with 3 new classes: one strength practice, one deep stretch and one meditative practice. Though classes are pre-recorded, so that you can practice on your own schedule, our community is supportive and you can message me with feedback, class requests, and questions about your practice.
When you click in to your membership, you'll assess your energy on that given day, and choose the style of practice that matches your needs.
How long can I access the classes?
As the weeks progress, classes will accumulate in your membership folder, so you always have the option to go back to those classes that you are loving the most, and try the new ones added each week. All classes are between 20 and 25 minutes in length and they pair up well together, for those times you feel guided to extend your practice time.

How do I access the classes?
These classes will be shared via Dropbox link, which you will receive on weekly, beginning Sept. 6th. You are welcome to download the classes to your Dropbox or to your computer; in other words, the classes are yours to practice in September and beyond! You can sign up for Dropbox if you wish, but the link will also work if you do not have a Dropbox account.
Do I need special equipment?
You can use household items to support your practice, in most cases. Common props for your month's worth of classes include: an exercise band or theraband, 3 blankets, 2 yoga blocks (if you have them), an eye mask or eye pillow or facecloth.
Our sliding scale means that you can support our work while we support you. We believe that these offerings are healing and empowering and should be accessible to all. This means that finances should not be a barrier to accessing these resources. We put our full trust in you to choose the pricing option that honours our efforts and honours your budget, no questions asked.
