
Each class, you'll strengthen your mindfulness muscle with practices that bolster your confidence, contentment, inner strength, resilience, and joy.
You’ll experience:
💜 a safe space to tend to your mind, body, and spirit
💜 grounding yoga and breathing practices that facilitate inner fortitude and focus
💜 mindfulness practices that connect you to your inner knowing and soften the inner critic
💜 self-care practices that nurture self-love
Absolutely no experience with mindfulness or yoga are required. The space we create is one of safety and authenticity, come as you are. Wear warm, comfortable clothes; dress in layers. The yoga component of this class is accessible, not performative. This is not a fitness program.

What to bring: dress in layers in comfortable clothing, water bottle, blanket. Everything else will be provided.
This program is created and facilitated by Kelly Green, BA, BEd., Yoga Teacher. Kelly has been teaching people of all ages for 17 years, with a special focus on working with girls and young women. Her offering is inspired by Jenny Kierstead’s Girl on Fire program, her restorative teacher Andrea Peloso, and her primary teacher, Kaya Mindlin, as well as the many teachers and mentors who have guided her on the path.
